Hi, I'm Brittnee -
I am a psychologist, curious human and gentle supporter of people navigating life's messy and meaningful moments.
If you have found yourself here, it is likely that something isn't feeling quite right.
Maybe things feel confusing, heavy or difficult right now. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or simply want to understand yourself better.
This space is for you - a space to pause, feel safe and supported and to make sense of what's going on.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative and evidence-based, drawing on my training in psychology and experience working across a range of therapeutic approaches. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I aim to tailor our work together to suit you, your experiences, and what feels most helpful in your life right now.
At the heart of my work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship — is one of the most powerful parts of therapy. Feeling safe, understood, and supported can make it easier to explore the things that feel confusing, overwhelming or heavy. I bring compassion, curiosity, creativity, reflection, and flexibility into sessions so that therapy can feel collaborative, meaningful and grounded in deep respect for your story.
I also try to move away from the idea that people need to be neatly categorised or labelled. Instead, I focus on helping you make sense of your experiences, thoughts, and feelings in a way that feels useful and empowering for you moving forward.
I believe mental health isn't something we fix - it's something we tend to like a garden - gently, patiently and with care over time.
If you are tired, hurting or ready to feel a little more like yourself again, I would love to support you.
