Individual psychological support tailored to your needs.

At the feel good project, we’re all about helping you feel just that—good! Life can be messy, unpredictable, and sometimes downright overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. We know reaching out for help can be tough, which is why we prioritise creating a therapeutic space that is warm, welcoming and safe - a space where you can work through your challenges and discover your strengths.

Our approach is all about connection and relationship - focusing on building a strong, trusting relationship with you so you feel seen, heard, and supported throughout your journey. Whether you’re navigating big emotions, tricky decisions, or just need a little extra support, we aim to meet you where you’re at, offering a compassionate, non-judgemental environment where you are able to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals in a way that feels meaningful and empowering. Using evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and ACT (don’t worry, we’ll explain what these mean), we tailor every session to fit you and your needs. Our goal? To help you face life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.

If you have visited your GP and they completed a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) for you, you may be eligible to receive Medicare rebates for psychological support sessions. This plan allows you to receive rebates for up to ten sessions in the calendar year.

No referral? Not a worry at all. Many of my clients book in sessions without a care plan from their GP. If you are keen on commencing sessions privately, you may also be receive a rebate through your Private Health insurance. Contact them to find out the dollar amount of which you may be eligible.

Are you eligible for support through the NSW Victim Services scheme?

As an approved provider, I offer victim-services funded sessions. Get in touch to begin the process of accessing support today.

Let's Talk About Fees.

Sometimes reaching out for support happens at the exact same time life feels financially stretched. Maybe work has slowed down, study is taking up most of your energy, unexpected expenses have come up, or you’re simply trying to keep your head above water while also looking after your mental health.

We never want finances to be the reason someone feels they can’t access support.

While we do have a standard session fee, we also offer concession rates and a limited number of sliding scale appointments for people experiencing financial hardship. These spots are offered on a time-limited and availability basis, so we can continue to provide sustainable support while making therapy more accessible where possible.

We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different, and there’s no “perfect” situation you need to justify before asking the question.

If cost is something you’re worried about, let’s have a conversation about it. We can explore what might feel manageable for you and see if we can land somewhere that feels comfortable and realistic.

We would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands, seas and communities in which we provide our services. We would also like to pay our respects to the Elders past, present and emerging and the continuing cultural influence they have on Australia.

We do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate need of support, please contact:
